I'd also like to point out that you've messed up certain categories for you NPs. For example, [[Category:Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasms]] and [[Category:Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm]]. I'm helping you to fix this error but the rest of it must be done by you.
Upon heavy debate with the staff and input from normal members, we have decided to give you a warning on your pages.
First of all is the fact that Adolf Hitler is a Heroic Spirit as well as a summonable Servant. While this might be possible, he is way too recent. On that note, you have also created Heroic Spirits of people that aren't even real, taking characters from other manga and anime and turning them into Heroic Spirits and Servants. That's a no-no. Crossovers aren't allowed here.
Second is the unholy amount of high-ranked Noble Phantasms you've made. I mean, EX+++? Come on, dude. That doesn't even exist. If it is, it is EX. Nothing else. Not EX+. Not EX++. Just EX. And seriously, you need to lower the ranks of some of these NPs. I saw recently you making lower-ranked NPs which is good but you still have way too many high-ranked ones.
Third, and this is purely a suggestion is that you're using Adolf Hitler, the world's most infamous mass murderer, as a Heroic Spirit. Personally, I am biased against it because I don't feel it right to use someone that is infamous for committing genocide and discriminating against a certain group of people to be right. Please think about it.
Anyway, good luck, Cooper. We hope you are willing to listen to advice and improve on them.
When it comes to Hitler, while I agree that he was a monster, in the world of Fate, "Hero" is a very broad term. Let's take Vlad the Impaler for example. He also committed many atrocities. Okay, maybe not as bad as Hitler, but he impaled thousands of enemy soldiers on spikes, all the while keeping them alive as a way to scare off enemy soldiers. That being said, however, he was still considered a hero to his people. Hitler is quite similar. Despite the atrocities he committed, he was still considered to be a hero in the eyes of the Natzis, which is why he can qualify as a Heroic Spirit.
Regarding the Noble Phantasms, it's just a preference thing, I always find it more interesting to watch more powerful Noble Phantasms than weaker ones. It's the difference between, say, Excalibur and EA, two of the strongest Noble Phantasms in Fate/stay night and Fate/Zero, (ranked A++ and EX, respectively), vs. anything that's ranked E, D, or C.
You have a good point with the first one but weaker Noble Phantasms can not only look as epic, if not more than stronger Noble Phantasms but have special traits that allow their users to survive against strong foes with high ranked NPs. Also E,D and C can look amazing as seen with Gil's Gate of Babylon and Lancelot's Knight of Owner.
TBH I think we should let people just do what they want, things like power scaling, and using people from manga should just be left to the author to decide it's not like you have to follow Nash's rules. This is a fan fic after all and not canon so go do what you want as long you you don't impede on others and have fun creating your own world.
Instead of making too many pages, why don't you do research about historical and mythological figures before you make you make another page? I don't see the point why you keep doing this if the possibility of you completing them all is unlikely.
I'm listening, but I have a rebuttle. First of all, I have been researching historical and mythological figures. If I wasn't, then it wouldn't be possible for me to make this many pages. Secondly, the story I want to write requires a countless amount of Servants in order to work, which is why I've been creating as many pages as I have. I'm sure you've noticed that, aside from just the Servant pages alone, I've also been creating pages for Noble Phantasms, as well as adding to the Skill page, provided that I'm able to think of unique Noble Phantasms and Skills for the Servants.
Because, I want to do my best to use this premise to depict an actual war. As much as I love Fate, none of the Fate anime really felt like a "war" in the truest sense of the term. Actual wars have thousands of soldiers on each side of the conflict. Basically, I want to do somsething unique with this concept that no Fate story has done yet.
While that's not the worst concept I've ever heard, there are some issues with it that you should probably consider:
1) There are in-franchise reasons as to why a literal war over the Holy Grail is unlikely at best and why Wars in the past have gone the way they have.
2) Even if that is the case, making as many pages you do is still an unnecessary clutter. Any war narrative worth its salt only focuses on a small part of the conflict or a select group of characters; everyone else kinda gets backgrounded. I'd recommend cutting the amount of Servants to those who are actually important and will be focused on. Otherwise you're creating a massive amount of pages that do nothing but take up space and contribute nothing to what's going to be actually important to the story. If they're not going to be really relevant (let's be real here, not all of them can be unless you plan to write the dullest war story written or a literal history-book style account, neither of which are enjoyable to read for entertainment's sake), then cutting them improves the overall quality of your work. Otherwise you're just making characters for character's sake, which is the main critiscm with your work here in the first place.
That is, if you're insistent on defying the series itself to make this megalith of a project.
DragoMaster009: It's research because I know who the Heroic Spirits are. Furthermore, there have beens ome Heroic Spirits that I have been adding too. I spent most of Yesterday working on Thor's Noble Phantasms, for example.
Zeon: I kind of understand what you mean. Would it be okay then if I create a page dedicated to all of the Servants that aren't going to have as big of a role as the others?
Which ones? I know for a fact that Mjolnir, Megingjoro, and Jarngreipr are from Norse Mythology. And then there's God of Thunder and Asgardian Triumphant, which I just created based on the fact that he's the God of Thunder, for hte former, and that he's also often associated with war and battle, for the latter.
Well, I see that last criticism there, and I've been trying to improve that. The one I've been criticized for before is Toshizo Hijikata as Lancer. However, I don't see how he could be summoned as Berserker, either. Maybe Saber for his swords, (becuase he was a samurai), and Archer for his riffle, (he's seen carrying it in his picture on Type Moon Wiki).
Because if you ignore the romanticizing aspects that the media gives them, the Shinsengumi were in fact a foreign hating, bloodthirsty death squad whose members were pretty much a bunch of crazy nutjobs. Yes, they were truly like that so its no surprise that Hijikata is a Berserker, even Okita isn't exempt from being qualified as a Berserker.
If you insist on naming every Servant present, then listing the non-relevant ones on a page is fine. The ones who get full pages in this scenario should, ideally, only be the ones that you plan to actually write and develop.
Hello! This is admin and beaurecrat Zeon1 speaking.
While I'm glad that you're as diligent an editor as you are, I and the rest of this wiki's staff have a few problems with your pages. Numerous problems though they have, the two that I'm currently here to discuss are the use of names and pictures.
The first, names, is based more around the wiki's Manual of Style. We aim to follow similar formatting to our mother wiki, and in that place Noble Phantasm pages do not have their identifier as part of the title; it creates unnecessary clutter and adds a little bit of redudancy. To best comply, we could recommend that you simply rename them to the 'base name' for now (i.e., "Lord Impaler" instead of "Lord Impaler: Domination of the Impaling Lord". It keeps the wiki's pages looking nice.
On that note, I do have a question as to why your pages are structured the way they are in terms of images. I gather that you are using a mobile device or tablet for the most part, considering the small size of most of these, but I would recommend that you keep the amount of images actually in the infobox to one, and if more, to separate them via the tabber function. This also makes your pages look more professional and less offensive to the eye, while still following the method established by our parent wiki.
I wouldn't worry too much. The Source Editor isn't too complex, depending on what you want to do. Using it also allows you to add a proper Servant section to your Servant pages. Adding that and tabber are rather easy. You can get the hang of it quickly, though Otalu can help you (or I, if you so desire) if need be.
Hey, Jak, I'm Neji, one of the admins as well. I'm on this account due to some family issues. Anyway, I would recommend you install Grammarly. It's a nice addition to Chrome that could really help with your grammar. I use Grammarly and I can't help but be amazed at how much my grammar has improved.
